How We Handle Your Information

Short version: the only personal information we have is what you send us, we use it to call you back about your project, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who We Are

Pavers For Driveways is a concrete and paving contractor based in Concord, California, serving San Francisco and the East Bay. You can reach us at (925) 655-9261. This policy covers the website paversfordriveways.com.

What We Collect

When you fill out an estimate or contact form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, city, and whatever you tell us about your project. That's it — we don't require an email address, and we don't collect anything you don't type in yourself.

If you call us instead, no information is collected through this website at all.

How We Use It

One purpose: to contact you about the project you asked about. The owner reviews form submissions personally and calls you back. We don't add you to marketing lists, we don't send newsletters, and we don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their marketing.

Who Processes It

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service that transmits your message to our email. Web3Forms processes your submission solely to deliver it to us. You can read their policy at web3forms.com/privacy.

This website is served through Cloudflare, which, like most website infrastructure, processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against attacks.

Cookies

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies required for security and performance.

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions arrive as email and are kept as ordinary business records — long enough to handle your project and our bookkeeping, then deleted in the normal course of business.

Your Choices

If you'd like us to delete a message you sent us, or you want to know what we have, call (925) 655-9261 or send a note through the contact form and we'll take care of it. California residents have the right to request access to and deletion of personal information under the CCPA; because we're a small business, the CCPA's formal requirements may not apply to us, but we'll honor these requests regardless.

Children

This site is for homeowners and businesses hiring a contractor. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information — for example, by adding analytics — we'll update this page and the date at the top.
